How do I find the person who possesses this phone number?

I have done a reverse phone look-up, but they always come up empty or say, "We do have an answer for your search, and you can find it for this amount of money! Plus, free searches for a year - if you pay thirty dollars extra!" So I've found it very annoying.

The area code is 975, which I've never heard of before but, when Googled, found to be from Missouri.

Oh yeah, and the reason I am searching it is because someone with that number phoned my cell twice overnight, and I was asleep so I only saw it in the morning when I awoke.

Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to find this person, without calling them? If it comes to that, however, I will phone them. I just didn't want to because I live in Canada, and my cell carrier's long distance rate is insanely high.

There aren't any free ways to do a reverse cell phone lookup. You will have to pay a fee for the information.
