I ignored this call because i thought it might be this one creepy dude, long story. anyway, now i don't know who it is or if it was important. It's from my area code. Is there a place online where I can have a reverse look up for FREE? thanksUnknown missed call, ignored it, now what?
yes, go to whitepages.com then click on the reverse look up tab. enter the phone number. if it is a listed number, it will give you the name and address it is registered to. also, you can try to google the phone number. that often works too.
If it was important they would have called back.
Most telemarketers come up as unknown calls, chances are you aren't missing anything at all.
...you can't do a search because you do not have a number, the on line services can tell you who the number belongs to if it is a listed number but they cannot actually trace the call itself.Unknown missed call, ignored it, now what?

If there was a free way to do this, then why would people ever use *69?
You can check your msgs to see if they left one, or you could check your 'Recieved Calls' if you have Call Display, if will keep the number in there. And you can use *69. Otherwise, you have no chance.
There are PLENTY of places you can get a reverse look up for free!!!

Well this may be wrong but they way I look at it if somebody calls you for an important reason they will either leave a message or call again. Because if they really need to get a hold of you for an important reason they wouldn't give up after 1 try.
try to txt the number and say hey who is this bc you called my phone. if its a line line fone then call it back and tell them hey you called my phone,but if its an answer machine that pops up then dont bother
well you can always try to contact your phone company and they will tell you. or if not go research online. but get the phone. if his bothering you just block him. if you can do that. some phones can some can't
First off - if it was important - they'd call back - unknown is usually just a pest.
If it is a landline - go to msn.com - click on white pages - they have reverse look up there.
OR you could just *67 it and call back... or have a friend call back.. lol I have a creepy dude who keeps calling and I keep ignoring it.. but yeah sometimes i wonder if he calls from different numbers!
