Hey, I live in New Zealand and i received a really important text from a friend in Mexico, ive looked up some stuff but am perplexed by area codes and things so i was hoping someone could provide a conversion for me. The number that comes up on my phone when i received the text is 5278214xxxx (those x's obviously are just so that this persons number isn't on the internet) but when i just try to reply to that number there's an error and it cant send.

You have to dial your international code, that is why you see the "+" sign at the begining (00 is the same) (52 is Mexico code)
