I have an older lady friend; she has a Craftmatic bed she swears by. Now she has a problem with it, and thinks that the company has gone out of business. I looked up a phone number in NH, (413 area code) that I got off the internet , and that number is disconnected. Can anyone give me info on the company? Thanks!Craftmatic beds out of business?
They had gone bankrupt more than once and the last time it looks like they were bought out and are now gone. Sorry. The stock symbol CRCC looks to be dead and worthless.
I can't say if anybody is still providing parts for it though. But with the original company out of business the "lifetime" warranty is now worthless.Craftmatic beds out of business?
The company seems to still be in business based on a sales call I received several nights ago. He said a representative would be in my area the next day and could drop by at whatever time was convenient for me.
The company has been in trouble many times before for its sales practices not the least of which is quoting a price then offering to call the "office" to okay a lower price giving the prospect the thought that they were getting a good deal. Of course the product was overpriced to start with.Craftmatic beds out of business?
