Phone calls in the middle of the night from Sierre Leone, Africa?

I received a few phone calls in a row from a eleven digit phone number area code 232. I looked it up and it was a international call from Sierre Leone, Africa. Has anyone else received maybe a sells call or some scammer calling from that area code? By the way I live in Texas and know no one from Africa.Phone calls in the middle of the night from Sierre Leone, Africa?

Do they say anything? It could be that someone has the wrong number and is trying to reach someone whose number is similar to yours.
