Weird cell phone calls?

My mom received a call on her cell phone from a weird number (too many digits). The guy sounded foreign and said he was from Turkey.

I looked up the area code and it was based out of Nova Scotia %26amp; Prince Edward Island, Canada.

The full number is: (902) 323-690468.

I've searched online to no avail. Have any of you gotten a phone call like this?Weird cell phone calls?
+90 is the country code for Turkey.

232 is the city code for Izmir.

So the actual number is 90-232-369-0468 and he was actually from Turkey.

Please don't send him any money or cash any checks for him it's a scam :).Weird cell phone calls?
This is a scammer. Most foreign people that have gotten in trouble with the law (like this guy from turkey) move to places with a very little reputation. He is probably trying to scam you into giving him your email, address, etc. See if you can block this number on your cell phone. You can also call your phone company to have them block this number at your home phone. Don't give him any information about you, family, or friends.Weird cell phone calls?
