a collector called and wanted a cc. did not give name or address. just told me he was with hsn. phone had a houston texas area code. when i looked it up it was to a car dealer ship. stated he would turn over to county for collection. man extremely rude.What can happen if i didn't finish paying for a flex payment plan from hsn?

Continue to make payments to HSN. One the balance is paid off HSN should send a letter stating your bill has been paid in full (if they don't, ask for one). Then if the account is in collections just tell them you have paid the account in full.
Never give any information to someone who calls.
